3. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Route 3965/מעוז ציון/ماعوز تسيون/Ma'oz Ziyyon and merge onto HaHotsvim Avenue/שדרות החוצבים/Route 3965
4. Continue to follow Route 3965
5. Go through 2 roundabouts
6. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Route 395
7. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto עין כרם
HaMa'ayan 1 will be on your right in the small alley
