Due to circumstances well within her control, Humble Scribe found herself en route to Jerusalem on Saturday evening, leaving it to Deliverance, once again, to deliver another terse missive from the field.
"We circled up (wait -- there was no flour circle) at Goldmember's home during a wierd sandstorm. We ran and ran and ran all of it uphill. We were told to 'keep it down' by some children because their parents were trying to sleep.
"At the 1/2 way point we were instructed by Goldmember to sing the 'international' song 'Heivenu Shalom Aleichem'. Apparently she had heard sung in many different lands. While the Anglos looked on in amazement, the 3 people that knew the 'famous international' song belted out the tune. I know that in Alabama, a foreign land to many of you, they do not know that song, nor have ever heard it sung.
After about a 7.5 kilometer run we were back to the non-circle for down downs follewed by a delicious On-on. Also, Miss Maayan made her Hash debut. She is lovely. And Goldmember is an excellent grandmother."

"Remember this week is Purim so get dressed up for it. Look at the map and get to the RED cross on the map. If you get lost call Russian Bride. On On"
Directions from Herzliya (just in case):
Take Route 2 (Namir Road) towards Tel Aviv.
Go past Einstein intersection and turn RIGHT at the next intersection onto Shai Agnon St.
Turn LEFT on Meir Ya'an St. and into the Kochav HaTzafon neighborhood, which apparently only has 3 streets and a bunch of parking lots. Now look at Russian Bride's map for the area marked with a RED cross.
