Run 726 - Purim Run!
 
It was extraordinarily hot, given the season.* We met in north Tel Aviv. We wore costumes. We ran and ran. We did the Hokey Pokey.* Some elected to walk after the halfway point. We ran over the bridge to the place where the British crossed the mighty Yarkon River to vanquish the Turks in 1919. We ran some more. We had Down-downs. We drank beer. We voted on whether Goldmember was costumed as a belly-dancing cat or cow.*** It got somewhat darker and slightly cooler. We went home.
 
* It always rains on Purim, yet every year people say "Gosh, it NEVER rains on Purim".

We're meeting in Ramat Gan at the National Stadium parking lot. It's at the far end of the Ayalon Shopping Mall parking lot. 
 
From Herzliya: Take Namir Road or Ayalon Highway to HaHalacha exit (Rabbi Goren St./Bialik St.) and head towards Ramat Gan (over the bridge and away from Tel Aviv). Continue on Bialik till Abba Hillel St. (also called Abba Hillel Silver). LEFT onto Abba Hillel and follow it for quite some time. You will see the Ramat Gan Stadium looming up on your left, and the Ayalon Mall beyond that. Turn LEFT into the parking lot service road, LEFT again to wind around the stadium and keep looking RIGHT for your Hare.
